Location:
The house is right between Port Pollensa and Pollensa. There are only 4 km away from the center of Port Pollensa, a charming town on the north coast of Majorca. There are approximately 5 km to the sandy beach, and here you will also find shopping, shopping and restaurants. One of the best ways to explore Port Pollensa is to take a walk down the "The Pine Walk", a waterfront promenade. Close to Port Pollensa is the Tramuntana mountains, which is well suited for hiking as cycling. There are approximately 4.5 km to the center of Pollensa which clearly is worth a visit. Here you can stroll down the cobbled streets or walk the 365 steps up to El Calvari - a small chapel with stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Alcudia.
Inside:
The villa is 86 m2 and is in 1½ levels. On the ground floor you will find a large kitchen-dining room where there is a sitting area with satellite TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and fridge-freezer. From here there is also a staircase up to the mezzanine, where there is also a small room for pure relaxation. The house also offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed with ensuite bathroom, while the other has two single beds. There's also another bathroom.
Outdoor:
The house has a nice covered furnished terrace overlooking the pool, which measures 3.7 x 7.2. In addition, there are sun loungers and pool is surrounded by grass.
