Lovely modern villa with private pool, satellite TV and WiFi
Location:
The holiday home is just outside Selva, there is a stunningly beautiful city. The city has a lot of character, a lot of beautiful buildings and long history. The area around Selva is perfect for those looking for relaxation in beautiful surroundings. The city invites you to a tour of the small streets and you can enjoy both modern mixed in harmony with the traditional. In Selva there are shops, restaurants, otherwise Inca is only 6.5 km away. If you would like a day at the beach is the smaller drive to the Bay of Alcudia, located about 22 km away.
Inside:
The villa is modern furnished with nice details and is in two floors. From the front door you enter a combined living and dining room with cozy seating area with satellite TV. It provides direct access to the terrace. Next to the living room is a well equipped open kitchen, where everything you need, for example a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a small dining table. From here there is direct access to the terrace. In addition, here are a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor are the remaining two bedrooms are located. They share a bathroom with bathtub, the two bedrooms have access to a balcony where you can enjoy views of the surrounding countryside. All bedrooms are furnished with two single beds.
Outdoor:
The house has two large covered terraces. One is furnished with sofas and the other is furnished with dining table. Both terraces are adjacent to the pool, which measures 8 x 4 meters. Around the pool there are sun beds and parasols. The pool is surrounded by open terrace and lawn. There is a portable barbecue available.
