SITUATION
Situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Gironde estuary, the 4* Camping le Palace is located in the town of Soulac, only 1.5 km from the town centre. In a natural setting, between forest and ocean, discover the richness of the tip of the Medoc with its vineyards which are an integral part of the French wine heritage. An oceanic climate conducive to sunbathing, rest and seaside activities and walks along its footpaths and cycle paths.
In Soulac sur Mer, a multitude of treasures to discover.
CAMPING
Just 400m from a large sandy beach, with direct access to the beach, only 1.5 km from the town centre, the Le Palace campsite, in a 12 ha park, is a privileged site by the sea, in the heart of nature and in the shade of the pine trees. The campsite has a magnificent aquatic area with a paddling pool and water mushroom, a 4-lane pentaglide and an indoor heated swimming pool open from April to September.
YOUR ACCOMMODATION
-Cottage Confort 6/8 persons : about 30 m² - 3 bedrooms.
Equipped with a covered wooden terrace with garden furniture - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed - 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. For all mobil homes, 1 living room with bench seat and fully equipped kitchenette, microwave, fridge-freezer, 4 gas rings, 1 shower room, 1 WC. Television.
EQUIPMENT
Camping le Palace, has a covered aquatic area. It is composed of a paddling pool with fun games, slides, a whirlpool, anatomical benches, water jets, open from the beginning of April to the end of September. It is composed of a large outdoor play pool: slide, pentaglide, counter-current rivers, whirlpool area (anatomical benches, whirlpool), a paddling pool with mushroom fountain and slide for the little ones as well as an indoor pool of 200 m² ideal for swimmers.
ANIMATIONS (IN JULY/AUGUST)
In July/August an animation team offers you every week a varied program allowing everyone to find an activity they like: sports tournaments, fitness, aquagym, many games during the day and every evening a concert, a show, a theme evening or other entertainment to end the day well. Every Wednesday evening in the summer, the campsite organises a small market with a variety of stalls.
- During the day: aquagym, petanque competition.
- In the evening: dance evenings, karaoke, musical groups.
YOUTH ANIMATION
Only in July/August
Mini-club for children from 4 to 12 years old: fun, sports and cultural activities such as salt dough, colouring, collages, drawings, puzzles, board games but also ball games, mini-golf games. Playground with slide, swings, and a multi-activity structure accessible from April.
LEISURE
On site: The campsite has a magnificent water area with a paddling pool and water mushroom, a 4-lane pentaglide and a heated indoor swimming pool. The campsite offers a multi-sports ground, a fitness room, 2 tennis courts, a hammam and a sauna, a miniature golf course, a bowling alley, a playground as well as ping-pong tables from April onwards.
Surfing school and rental of surfboards and sand yachts, parachuting school, horse riding centre (initiation, walking, hiking), tennis, archery, beach volleyball, beach rugby, skateboarding, mountain biking (bike rental 100 m away), riding school. ULM, parachuting centre 2 km away, canoeing at the Port of Saint Vivien 15 km away and tree climbing at the adventure park in Montalivet.
SERVICES (TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT)
The grocery store is open from the beginning of April until the end of September. You will find a wide choice of products as well as a daily supply of bread and pastries.
Mid-June to early September: snack bar restaurant, take-away service, food and bread depot, internet terminal, billiards and table football in the bar/restaurant.
All season: phone booth, laundry, loan of irons, safe deposit box rental, collective barbecue area, individual barbecues allowed (gas, charcoal and electric).
Wifi available free of charge at the bar and on its outside terrace. TV room available every day from April to September. Bicycle rental directly on the campsite, possibility to rent also carts for children, baby seats, follower bikes, tandems...

Great campsite. Worth its 4 *. Great water parks', clean, well supervised. The restaurant worthy of great chefs as much the presentation as the tasting. The grocery store is well stocked and inexpensive for a campsite. Casino products. On the entertainment side, young dynamic team and full of good will to make us spend pleasant moments (very nice aperitif game).
