This elegant holiday residence with swimming pool and outdoor bar is an old 17th century farmhouse. The house, ideal for a relaxing stay, is located in the heart of an organic farm, which produces cheese, olive oil, honey and especially fruit and vegetables, 3 km from Acquasparta. The ground floor consists of a large living/dining room with fireplace, a kitchen and 5 double bedrooms, two of which have an extra bed. On the first floor are a living room, a large bedroom (45 m², minimum height 1m), a bathroom and a laundry room. All rooms have their own bathroom. During your excursions through the surrounding hills, you will come across medieval hamlets, art cities and taste the local cuisine. Not far from there, discover the ruins of the ancient Roman city of Carsulae and the mineral water springs of Sangemini (8 km) and Amerino, renowned for their healing powers. Acquasparta is 3 km away, Terni and Spoleto 27 km away, the Marmore and Amelia waterfall 34 km away, the picturesque lake of Piediluco 40 km away and the "eternal city", Rome, 120 km away.
