Holiday home in Acquavena, in a village south of Cilento, ideal for a great family stay. The house extends over several floors: ground floor, 1st and 2nd floors. In addition, there are two outbuildings. One by the pool and the other at the entrance to the property. In total, there are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms available. The beautiful outdoor area consists of a large garden, a large swimming pool of 60 m2 and a terrace with barbecue on which you can relax around good grills, near the pool, after a day excursion to the sea or in the mountains. The house is also very pleasant to live in winter, thanks to the central heating and the fireplace. Air conditioning only in the outbuildings. The rental is located in Cilento, in the region of Campania, in the south of Italy, between Paestum in the north, Sapri in the south and the Diano Valley in the east with almost 100 km of coastline, mountains, and 200 small villages, most of them medieval. In 1991, a large part of the territory of Cilento and Vallo di Diano was designated a national park and in 1998, it was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 15 km from the nearest beaches and 1 hour by car from tourist attractions such as the Chartreuse "Certosa di Padula", the caves of Pertosa and the beautiful sea in Maratea.
