This residence is located in Latour-Bas-Elne, a small town between the sea and the mountains, 4km from St Cyprien-plage, an essential seaside resort in Le Rousillon, renowned for its pleasant harbour and home to a rich natural environment with 6km of fine sandy beaches and green and wooded areas. Far from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resort, this city is ideal for resting and enjoying the charms of Catalonia. the residence has been designed around the theme of Dali. it consists of pleasant and recent duplex apartments and houses with terraces and/or garden. Your children will enjoy the Mini Golf and its activities, while you can enjoy a relaxing moment at the 200m2 outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool (open from 10am to 8pm from April to September depending on weather conditions. Bathing suit required: swimsuit or swimming trunks - shorts not allowed) or in the fitness area. With extra access to the wellness area =10€/apprt/30minutes). Car recommended for your trips on site. Loan of baby equipment according to availability. Paid laundry. WIFI in the accommodation =20€/week. 1 animal accepted per accommodation (1st and 2nd category prohibited) 46€/week.

We arrived late and the keys were waiting for us in a safe. The next day no welcome. No welcome kit. No spa due to water restrictions (supposedly). And the fitness room closed three days later. Very disappointed !!!!

A very warm welcome. The real concern is the kitchen area, which is far too cramped (not enough space to do the dishes). In this case, a washing machine would have made up for it. It's a minimum requirement. Pool a bit small. In conclusion, a residence with great potential but which seems to be in a state of disrepair, with a few shutters missing (but this last aspect has already been brought to attention in another email).

Very dirty accommodation. Little equipment 2 cups 3bols.. Dirty fridge broken door freezer. No hot water from Saturday to Tuesday evening. Following my complaint, the person at reception told me that if the accommodation was in this state, the holidaymakers were responsible.
