We welcome you to this excellent accommodation for 4 persons in the rural area of Algaida. This house of 120 m2 has a huge garden of 14.000 m2, well taken care of, with grass and trees. This house has everything you would dream of: well furnished, a good pool and comfortable surroundings.
In the two bedrooms every detail is taken care of. Both bedrooms have double beds. One of them has an en-suite bedroom and entrance from the garden. The other bathroom has a bathtub with hydromassage.
The Mallorcan traditional architecture is a precious imprint from the Mediterranean construction. This is precisely what gives this house its character. It has a spacious, cozily decorated living room, with a comfortable set of sofa and armchairs, from where to watch the television or enjoy the view over the natural surroundings through the huge windows.
The kitchen is perfectly furnished with everything you need, making cooking a pleasure and relaxation during your holiday. You will find a gas stove, electric coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, juicer and water boiler. Ofcourse, there is a utility room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The excellent outside area invites you into a world of peace and tranquility. The terrace, the pool and the 750 m2 of grass are perfectly taken care of. The barbeque can be placed in any of the outside corners where you prefer to enjoy preparing an afternoon supper.
Algaida is a centric village, with the advantage of being well-connected with the rest of the island. Moreover, you will find good restaurants and different kinds of shops. There are all essential public services available. Algaida is situated at about 25 minutes by car from Palma and from the sandy beaches of Can Pastilla and s’Arenal.
This house has a well-kept secret which we would like to share with you: the owner invites you to visit his private old-timer museum, where you may contemplate an extensive exhibition of the history of the engine, with precious jewels you will surely never forget.
