Welcome to this beautiful, cosy little house in the rural campsite of Llubí. With one bedroom, it is the perfect spot for couples or small families.
This is a one-room ground floor house of 45 m2. It shares its land with another house. The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower. There is no A/C, but we can bring fans (only on request).
The cozy living and dining room invites you for a good book or a typical Spanish siesta, though you might prefer to relax with some television. The dining area has a table and chairs. The open kitchen is furnished with all the necessary tools to prepare a nice meal: gas stove and oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee machine, cutlery, kitchen utensils and so on.
Next to the house you will find an utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please, mind not to put all electric machines on at the same time, as the house works on solar energy.
The outside area is marvellous. The 12 m2 terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, for summer night’s suppers and barbeques. The pool is shared with the owners, which live on the same land. Have a refreshing swim in the shared pool or just relax sunbathing on one of the sun beds, while your children play in the pool.
Sometimes you may hear an airplane pass by, but apart from that, it is a very quiet area.
The town of Llubí is 1 km from the house and it is a beautiful part of the island that invites you to experiment the local lifestyle. There you will be able to find services like pharmacy, supermarket, ATM, doctor and some shops.
A 20 minute drive will take you to the nearest beaches: Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollensa, Cala San Vicente and Formentor. They are all white sand beaches with shallow crystalline waters, perfect for the safety of children. If you look for fun, many water activities are offered (sailing, kayak, diving, fishing and a lot more!).
In Puerto de Alcudia you will find a Marine where you will see big luxury yachts mixed with colourful fishing boats. On the other hand, you can have a pleasant walk through the seafront promenade and enjoy the views to the bay or stop in one of the open-air restaurants or bars.
This is a very welcoming house that will make you feel at home and will make your holiday an unforgettable experience!
