Welcome to this wonderful apartment with sidely seaview in Can Picafort. It is prepared for 4 persons.

This 79m2 groundfloor apartment has 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 1 with two individual beds. On request, there is a baby bed and a highchair available. There is one bathroom with shower and one guest toilet available for general use.
The modern living- and dining room is very cosy, with 2 sofas, satellite TV adn air conditioning. The independent kitchen works with a hob and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a nice meal during your stay. There is a washing machine available, as well as an iron and ironing board.
The apartment is perfectly situated, with everything you need nearby: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, tennis court, bus station, etc. During the high season, every 15 minutes there is a bus to Alcúdia, Pollença, Palma or Son Serra de Marina. The fine sandy beach is only a few metres away. This beach is perfect for families with children, as the beach slopes slowly into the water. We recommend you to visit the beaches of Capellans and of Playa de Muro, both with fine sand and christalline water. In addition, you will find some nice restaurants and beach bars, there.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use of the property.
