This is a luxury apartment for 6 people in Cala Figuera (Santanyi). It has 160 m2 and stunning views to the Mediterranean Sea and Cabrera Island.
This high quality furnished apartment with AC has 3 bedrooms: one en suite bedroom with a single bed, one with two single beds and one with a double bed and big window so you will be able to see the sea when you wake up!
The bright living-dining room is the perfect place to relax reading a book, have a little nap or organize a meal with your family. Open the big windows and let the fresh air entering in this lovely apartment! The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, coffee machine, fridge and a lot more!
The furnished terraces are the perfect place to have breakfast before a day full of activities. Let your skin absorb the Vitamin D from the Mediterranean sun! In addition, this building has a communal pool and sun lounges; perfect for a quick dip before lunch!
The location of this apartment is perfect. In Cala Figuera you will be able to find supermarket, bars, restaurants, car rental, pharmacy, etc. In addition, this area is surrounded by lovely beaches like s’Amarador in Mondrago Natural Park. You can still feel the fishermen lifestyle of years ago. Nowadays, still some fishermen from the area go fishing with their “llaüts” (Majorcan traditional boats).
The town of Santanyi is only 5 minute drive. There you will find many services that are not available in Cala Figuera, like ATM, theatre, museum, etc. Furthermore, you will like visiting the vivid and crowdy market on Wednesday and Saturday.
If you like golf or cycling, this is the perfect area for you. You will find many paths and secondary roads which cross the Majorcan countryside full of almond trees where you can go with your bike. The golf course Vall d’Or, in s’Horta, is close by. For night life you will like to reach Cala d'Or and if what you look for is the temple of gastronomy, you must go to Portopetro!
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
