This air conditioned (warm/cold) house is perfect for a couple with kids, as there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and 1 room with 1 bunk bed and 1 sofa-bed.. There is a full bathroom.
Living-dining room and kitchen form one open space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday; and in the living-dining room you will be able to organize a meal with your friends and family, have a nap on the comfy sofa or watch TV.
The exterior are beautiful: the furnished porch is a nice place to have breakfast or reading a book while enjoying the views to the mountains and the kids will love to play in the little garden. You will feel peace and relax! You can access to the communal pool straight from the house. There is also outdoor shower, kids pool and lawn area. You will have a place to park your car!
The area where the house is located, La Pedrera, is a quiet and residential area of Denia. The city centre and the beach are within 2.5 km form the house.
In the beaches nearby you will be able to practice water sports, enjoy the nightlife and taste the gastronomy of the region in the numerous bars and restaurants you will find.
