Welcome to this one-storey house close to mountains. It is the perfect place for families and nature lovers.
This 75 m2 house has 2 bedrooms with AC and two bathrooms. There is one room with a double bed and one room with two single beds. The kitchen, living and dining room form an open space where you will be able to relax watching TV or organize a meal with your family. The kitchen, with views to the mountains is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday.
The exteriors are fantastic: go out to the terrace, have a BBQ, have breakfast under the furnished porch, swim in the 8x 3 meters pool (shared with the owners), sunbathe or just relax in the chill out area. In the plot where the house is located there is another house that the owners use some weekends. You will find space in the plot to park your car.
Alaró is a lovely little town near the mountains. The houses are built with a traditional style with sandstone and the streets are narrow and cobbled. The local market takes places in town every Friday and you will be able to find fresh local products.
From Alaró you can get to Orient, a little village surrounded by mountains, and to Castell d’Alaró. After the walk you can have a delicious meal in the restaurant of the castle.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
