Welcome to this magnificent house in Majorcan style with pool and large garden located in Vilafranca de Bonany. The house of 280 m² can accommodate up to 8 – 9 people.
The villa is located in an urban area but in a quiet location. Its 4 spacious bedrooms overlook the street and garden, and have the following distribution: 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor (double and single) and two on the first floor (double and triple). Furthermore, we can prepare an extra bed for a small surcharge. Both bedrooms downstairs share a bathroom in suite. Other two bathrooms are situated on the first floor and have shower. One bathroom is near the pool.
The house has electric heating for winter. For summer months there is air conditioning in two bedrooms on the first floor and on the ground floor. Furthermore, 2 more fans are available for you.
The house has a very well equipped, spacious and neat kitchen, providing you enjoyable moments of cooking. It is very bright and overlooks the garden. Among the equipment you will find blender, microwave, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, juice squeezer, water kettle. There is also a laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The living room is suitable for long stays. It is spacious, bright and at the same time cozy. The sofas are comfy for watching TV or reading.
The exterior of the villa is well-kept: a large garden with lawns of 250m2, a spacious terrace, a porch of 20m and a small orange garden. The pool is 8x4.5m-sized and has a minimum depth of 0.60m to maximum of 1.90m. Around the pool there are 4 sunbeds for sunbathing under the friendly sun of Mallorca.
The location of the house is Pla de Mallorca, a rural setting famous for farming. Vilafranca is a small village with shops of fruits cultivated by local farmers. Manacor is 10 km away and it is one of the most important cities in Mallorca for great commercial activity. If you would like to get to know Majorcan beaches, go to Porto Cristo which is 25 km away.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
