Welcome to this charming and quiet country house situated in Santa Margalida. The house is surrounded by horses and sheep, distributes over 120m2 and accommodates 6 people.
This stunning country house has 3 bedrooms which is excellent for groups of friends and families with children. Two bedrooms have two single beds each and are located on the first floor. One of these bedrooms has a lavatory in suite. The bedroom on the first floor has bathroom in suite, double bed and access to a spectacular private terrace with fantastic views. All the bedrooms have a modern furbishing and views to the mountains or garden. The third bathroom is on the ground floor and has shower.
The luminous living room offers two sofas and has access to the terrace with field views. The dining room is located near the kitchen and has a big table which provides seats for 6 people. The kitchen is furnished with all necessary utensils: blender, toaster, water kettle, juicer, oven and stove, cutlery, fridge and freezer. The house also has washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The exterior space of the house is marvelous. You can swim in a private pool, enjoy barbecue or have a nap on the sunbed under parasol. The house disposes 3 terraces: one is near the pool, another is on the back yard and the third one belongs to the principal bedroom on the first floor.
The private pool of 10x5m is fenced, so you will not be concerned when your children play alone on the lawn outside. There is a small farm near the house with 3 horses, sheep and goats. The horses are available for riding.
There is a parking space on the porch for 2 cars. The other 4 cars you can park outside the porch.
Santa Margarita is located in the center of the island, so it makes you easy to reach any place in a short time. The rural region is dwelled by local people, and it gives you an opportunity to discover original Mallorca without tourism.
In 15 minutes you will reach Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Can Picafort where you can spend a day on the sand beach and meet sunset with a cocktail.
