Welcome to this charming and well-located apartment. This is an excellent place of vacation for 6 lovers of city and sea.
The apartment of 150 m2 allows you to enjoy the style of “palmesano” life with your family or friends. There are 3 bedrooms, one in suite with double bed and two with twin beds. Both bathrooms have a bathtub.
The property is on the second floor. The spacious living room has comfortable sofas where you can relax with a good book or just have a good nap. It also has a large table for 6 people where you can have your dinners with friends and family. The living room has air conditioning as well as heating.
All rooms are beautifully decorated in an elegant style. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: microwave, oven, gas stove, blender, refrigerator, coffee maker and other necessary cooking utensils. You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If needed we can provide cot and baby chair. In the kitchen there is a table with 4 chairs.
The house has a small terrace of 12m2 with a table and 4 chairs.
The apartment location is perfect, not only because it is situated in one of the most famous and beautiful areas of Palma, but because it is close to the sightseeing places, shops and transport. In the pedestrian street Blanquerna, 20 meters away, you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Lovers of culture will be delighted with the city for sure. We recommend to visit the cathedral, known by locals as La Seu and the Parc de la Mar, right in front where you can have a stroll or enjoy sea view on one of the benches. You can also walk through the historical center through narrow streets and see squares, churches and old houses with beautiful courtyards. If you like art, you will find galleries and exhibitions; if you are fan of fashion, you can choose between large stores or fancy boutiques.
Castillo de Bellver with incredible views of Palma and the Bay of Palma is 3 km away from the city. This castle started being constructed in 1300 by King James II. During many years it was used as a military prison and today is a one of the most famous sightseeing places in Palma.
The sandy beach is 2.5 km away and is easily accessible by bus. Playa de Palma, Portals Nous or the beach of Es Trenc are other beaches to visit.
