This is an amazing triplex in Colònia de Sant Jordi with views to the sea. It has 100 m2 and capacity for 5 people; the ideal place for a couple with kids.
There are 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor, have warm/cold AC and access to the terrace: one of them is en suite and equipped with a double bed, while the other one has a trundle bed (perfect for children). In this floor, there is another bathroom. The third bedroom is on the third floor; it is equipped with a single bed and has easy access to a terrace with stunning views to the sea and the little island of Cabrera. The laundry area is also in this floor.
The kitchen and living-dining room are on the second floor. In the living-dining room with warm/cold AC you will be able to relax on the comfy sofa, watch TV, read a book or organize a meal with your family. The open kitchen has a bar with high chairs that connect with the dining and it is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: microwave, toaster, dishwasher, vitro and a lot more.
The terrace on the second floor is perfect if you want to organize a meal outdoors or chill out on the armchairs while enjoying the stunning views to the Mediterranean.
Colònia de Sant Jordi is 45 km from the airport. In this town you will find a huge leisure offer and many different sandy beaches like Platja del Dolç, Platja del Port, del Marquès and the well-known Es Trenc (6 km). You will be able to do boat trips to Cabrera National Park, the salt mine or the Aquarium. There are many restaurants and bars to enjoy Majorcan gastronomy and, of course, supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM and a lot more.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
