When someone imagines a holiday in Ibiza you imagine spending a few days relaxing in a traditional but new home with all the comforts and benefits of modern society and to be in style and quality, not far from Ibiza-capital. In this case Can Tito's home, charming and having everything. It is also a few kilometers away from several beaches like Talamanca, Cala Llonga and Santa Eulalia. It is built in the center of a large fenced land with paved road to the farm gate.
As you enter it has a great hall with character, a beautiful wall with night lighting, which gives access to 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with bathtub next to it. On the same floor there is another bedroom with double bed and bathroom en-suite with shower.
From here we go to great room with TV and fireplace, a kitchen with center island and its small pantry, exit to the garden, porch and an area with table and sofas 'al fresco'.
From the hall there are stairs going up to the top floor, which has 2 double bedrooms, 1 with en-suite shower and 2nd bedroom (the master) with hydro massage bath-tub and fireplace inside the room, en-suite with shower and access to a large terrace with beautiful countryside views.
All the villa has air conditioning, except one of the downstairs bedroom.
The exterior features a swimming pool (8x4 m) with several distinct areas with loungers, chill-out area and barbecue, garden with fruit trees, outside shower.
