This is a lovely apartment of 110 m2 on the seafront in Santa Ponça. It has capacity for 4 people.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and a bathroom. There are fans available on request.

The spacious living-dining room with views to the sea is the perfect place to relax, watch TV or surf the Internet (WIFI).
The independent kitchen is equipped with: microwave, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juice maker, kettle, electric oven, vitro, fridge and a lot more. There are also washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please, mind that pets are not allowed.

However, the best place of this apartment is the terrace where you will be able to have breakfast having the sea just in front of you!

The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect. Go down a few steps and you will reach the rocky beach with crystalline waters; the perfect place for a quick dip before lunch. The sandy beach is only 20 meters away.

In Santa Ponça you will find all kind of services and leisure offer: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, surgery, golf course, etc. Nearby there are other beaches that are worth to visit: Cala Falcó, Portals Vells, Platja des Mag and much more.

In 15 minutes driving by car you will reach the harbour of Portals Nous, which is famous for its excellent restaurants and shops. Have a delicious dinner looking at the luxurious yachts next to the small, colourful fishing boats. The popular villages Andratx, Port d’Andratx, Santa Pons and Peguera are between 15 and 30 minutes driving by car from the house.

The capital Palma de Mallorca is also quite close and is worth visiting it. You will reach it easy and fast through the motorway. The “pearl of the Mediterranean” is a popular destination during the whole year and attracts visitants from all over the world. It offers a wide range of leisure activities, restaurants and has numerous famous monuments. The most famous ones are the Cathedral of Palma, the castle Bellever and the historic centre.
