This is a gorgeous Belle Époque villa with stunning sea views. The aesthetic is quintessentially “Côte d’Azur,” with a turquoise blue swimming pool, a lush garden surrounded by palm trees and the sparkling sea on the horizon. It is a haven of peace, in the heart of the French Riviera.
On the ground floor, the space is organized around a large living room and dining area (for 8-10 guests). The living area is bright and pleasant, with a simple, classic décor. The kitchen is fully equipped, with modern appliances and a dining counter. The main house has 3 bedrooms, two with balconies overlooking the sea. These rooms share 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is housed in an extension built onto the villa. It includes a bathroom, a separate shower, WC, dressing room and a terrace with views of Cannes, Cap d’Antibes and the Lerins Islands. The entire villa is air-conditioned. Outside, the gorgeous swimming pool (8 x 12 m) is the centerpiece of the wonderful grounds.
