This big 140 SQM villa is situated in BOMPAS, a peaceful village, 10 minutes from the beaches(Canet plage, Sainte Marie la mer) and 5 minutes from PERPIGNAN.
It’s an ideal place to spend pleasant holidays with family or friends, it’s equipped for 8 persons with:
4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets.(1 bedroom/shower/toilets on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms/shower and toilets upstairs)
Downstairs, a big “L” living room open on one side on a spacious well equipped kitchen and on the other side on a comfortable living room.
The house is beautifully decorated, filled with the different travel souvenirs of the owners.

The swimming pool is safe with a “Technal” fence and the garden is shadowed. There is lawn and hut for children.
The villa is situated 5 minutes on foot from the heart of the village and shops, in a very quiet area. Even a cycling road is available to ride to the beach.
