Comfortable apartment with capacity for 3 people. It is situated in the urban center of Roses, nearby there are all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the best fresh fish and seafood from the Roses Bay. The sandy beach is just at 50 meters and it's one with the most crystalline waters of the Girona Coast. Ideal to enjoy in family or with friends of the multiple possibilities that offers la Costa Brava.
IMPORTANT :
CHECK-IN ONLINE : some days before your arrival, you will receive, through message, a link in order to check in online, register the occupants, pay the remaining, sign the contract and you will receive also information about the keys collection.
When you check in online, you give an authorization to our agency in the case of misuse of the accommodation to collect the amount of the damage as a deposit. This amount is always done with a bill for the damage.
The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price and must be paid in the check in online. This tax is mandatory in Catalonia and the price is 1.10 Euros per person and per day.

Very disappointed by this rental apartment there is everything to redo no air conditioning (impossible to sleep with this heat because no air conditioning) backup siphon bathroom very unpleasant so Nothing positive in this apartment except the view from the balcony the sea and beach 5 minutes walk.I'm not happy at all is the first time and the last time I leave with this Spanish agency.
