This accommodation is located in Santa Margarita's Urbanization, just 5 min by car from the Centre of Roses. It has a capacity for 6 people and is characterized by his modern decor. The beach of fine sand and one of the most crystalline waters of all the Girona Coast is located 150 meters from the apartment, where you can practice water sports. Nearby there are all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can taste the best seafood of the Roses Bay. Ideal to enjoy in family or with friends of the multiple opportunities that offers la Costa Brava.
IMPORTANT :

Well-located, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nice terrace. Spacious accommodation. Lack of maintenance, furniture needs to be changed (bed, mattress and chairs in the living room no longer have any buffers and their backs are ripped open!) The cleaning didn't seem to be done when we arrived, the bathroom was dirty (traces of urine on the toilet, mirror full of stains, hair in the sink and sand in the shower). Ditto for the kitchen, dirty dishes. The dishwasher door should be changed!

Very nice apartment, very spacious and very well located. However it lacks crockery, the cupboards are not very practical because not enough shelves that closets but not enough coat rack (we had to buy) no trash cans in the bathrooms (we also bought that we leave you on site) there is no reception on site arrival and departure is only on wattapps (not very practical for questions) be careful not to forget the laptop because we no longer return. We had a pleasant stay and will be back next year.
