This accommodation is located in Santa Margarita's Urbanization, just 5 min by car from the Centre of Roses. It has a capacity for 6 people and is characterized by his modern decor. The beach of fine sand and one of the most crystalline waters of all the Girona Coast is located 150 meters from the apartment, where you can practice water sports. 1st bedroom air conditioning ok, 2nd bedroom air conditioning hs, 3rd bedroom no air conditioning. Housing very shiny, road, neighbors, elevator. Refrigerator damaged, impossible to adjust. Bedding in master bedroom hs. Terrace furniture old and deteriorated. Bathroom, tile grout hs and dilapidated.

Well-located, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nice terrace. Spacious accommodation. Lack of maintenance, furniture needs to be changed (bed, mattress and chairs in the living room no longer have any buffers and their backs are ripped open!) The cleaning didn't seem to be done when we arrived, the bathroom was dirty (traces of urine on the toilet, mirror full of stains, hair in the sink and sand in the shower). Ditto for the kitchen, dirty dishes. The dishwasher door should be changed!
