Cozy and comfortable apartment located in the urban heart of Roses with a capacity for 4 people. Close by are all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the best fresh fish and seafood from the Roses Bay. The sandy beach is just at 120 meters and is one with the most crystalline waters of the coast of Girona. Ideal to enjoy in family or with friends of the multiple possibilities that offers La Costa Brava.

Accommodation very well located in the city center and 50m from the beach, it still lacks some equipment one or two fans because the nights are hot while there is an electric heater the thing very useful in summer. A small electric barbecue or plancha would also be welcome and especially a parking space because no parking and if you do not know the places or parking is a big hassle. Our stay in this accommodation, because of the heat was unbearable, we do not wish anyone to spend a holiday in a Under these conditions, the lack of a fan and especially of air conditioning, was a real nightmare. As there is nothing to cool the room, we had to buy two large fans at our expense. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, it is exposed to the sun on all sides, once the folding bed is open it is impossible to open the balcony door to try to bring in cooler air from outside, indeed the bed is fixed to the wall and it can not be moved even one centimeter. Once the bed is folded up, there are only uncomfortable kitchen chairs to sit on, there are no armchairs or sofas to sit in front of the TV. No door in the bathroom shower, you have to wipe with a mop the water that spreads on the floor after each passage, unless you take the shower sitting on the floor, the bulb above the mirror of the bathroom heats up a lot and still brings to the ambient heat, the kitchen tap only holds its water supply pipes, many things are do-it-yourself and are not in condition. Wifi does not work

Great location and beautiful view of the rooftops and the sea. The apartment is fine. The floor wasn't super clean and the shower drain needs cleaning. A tea towel and sponge would not be a luxury, especially when you ask to do the dishes. We like the connected handles. Very simple and practical to use. We'll be back with pleasure! Thank you
