Comfortable apartment with capacity for 4 people where you can enjoy the many opportunities that offers la Costa Brava. Located in Mas Oliva urbanization, one of the quietest areas of Roses, it has a pool and a garden where you can relax. In the surroundings you can practice various activities such as bicycle or hiking routes and at only 1'9 km a sandy beach with one of the most crystalline waters of the Girona Coast and also the promenade with magnificent views of the Roses Bay.
IMPORTANT :
CHECK-IN ONLINE : some days before your arrival, you will receive, through message, a link in order to check in online, register the occupants, pay the remaining, sign the contract and you will receive also information about the keys collection.
When you check in online, you give an authorization to our agency in the case of misuse of the accommodation to collect the amount of the damage as a deposit. This amount is always done with a bill for the damage.
The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price and must be paid in the check in online. This tax is mandatory in Catalonia and the price is 0.60 Euros per person and per day.
PETS : Pets are accepted in our accommodations. The price for this supplement is 25.00 Euros per pet for the whole stay.
The pool will remain open from June 24 to September 11.

Disappointed when we arrived on site. You tease the tenant with pictures of the pool when we arrived on site we did not have access to the week and in addition the pool was not part of the residence We had booked for the pool. The photos are very misleading and specified on the ad that the pool is closed since late August.

The staff makes too much noise in the morning (speaks very loudly) Lack of cleaning supplies. No broom. No shovel, no brush to wash !!! No light on balcony (reported but not repaired). Good bedding, clean, well-equipped accommodation. Pleasant surprise, the very pleasant fan.

To be avoided if you're hoping for a relaxing vacation, 1 week on site impossible to sleep, so much mess in the residence at any time of the day or night, no security guards, no respect for neighbors, accommodation not soundproofed at all, if your neighbor showers or flushes the toilet at 3 a.m. it's as if it were in your apartment. Rundown accommodation, lack of maintenance, minimalist equipment. Location 2km from the beach, about 25 min walk, as it's impossible to park in the middle of summer. Very disappointed and tired by our vacation, we'll never go back.
