Còmode apartament amb capacitat de fins a 4 persones ideal per gaudir del ampli ventall de possibilitats que ofereix la Costa Brava. Situat a la urbanització del Mas Oliva, una de les zones més tranquil·les de Roses, disposa d'una piscina i jardí on relaxar-se. Als voltants es poden practicar diverses activitats com rutes en bicicleta o senderisme i a només 1'9 km es troba la platja de sorra amb una de les aigües més cristal·lines de tota la Costa de Girona i el passeig marítim amb unes magnifiques vistes a la Badia de Roses.
IMPORTANT
CHECK-IN ONLINE : uns dies abans de la seva arribada, rebran per message un link per fer el check-in, enregistrar els ocupants, pagar el saldo, firmar contracte i també rebran informació per l entrega de claus.
Al fer el check-in online, donaràn autorització a la nostra agència per que, en cas de mal ús del allotjament, es pogui cobrar a través de la targeta de crèdit, l import en concepte de fiança. Aquest càrrec es fa sempre contra factura en concepte dels danys ocasionats.
La taxa turística no està inclosa en el preu i es paga al fer el check in. Es obligatòria a Catalunya ; l import és de 0.60 Euros per persona i per dia.

The staff makes too much noise in the morning (speaks very loudly) Lack of cleaning supplies. No broom. No shovel, no brush to wash !!! No light on balcony (reported but not repaired). Good bedding, clean, well-equipped accommodation. Pleasant surprise, the very pleasant fan.

To be avoided if you're hoping for a relaxing vacation, 1 week on site impossible to sleep, so much mess in the residence at any time of the day or night, no security guards, no respect for neighbors, accommodation not soundproofed at all, if your neighbor showers or flushes the toilet at 3 a.m. it's as if it were in your apartment. Rundown accommodation, lack of maintenance, minimalist equipment. Location 2km from the beach, about 25 min walk, as it's impossible to park in the middle of summer. Very disappointed and tired by our vacation, we'll never go back.
