Comfortable apartment with capacity for 4 people where you can enjoy the many opportunities that offers la Costa Brava. Located in Mas Oliva urbanization, one of the quietest areas of Roses, it has a pool and a garden where you can relax. In the surroundings you can practice various activities such as bicycle or hiking routes and at only 1'9 km a sandy beach with one of the most crystalline waters of the Girona Coast and also the promenade with magnificent views of the Roses Bay.
IMPORTANT :
CHECK-IN ONLINE : some days before your arrival, you will receive, through message, a link in order to check in online, register the occupants, pay the remaining, sign the contract and you will receive also information about the keys collection.
When you check in online, you give an authorization to our agency in the case of misuse of the accommodation to collect the amount of the damage as a deposit. This amount is always done with a bill for the damage.
The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price and must be paid in the check in online. This tax is mandatory in Catalonia and the price is 0.60 Euros per person and per day.
PETS : Pets are accepted in our accommodations. The price for this supplement is 25.00 Euros per pet for the whole stay.
The pool will remain open from June 24 to September 11.

The accommodation needs to be reviewed as it is dilapidated and more air conditioning would have been a plus The pool opens too late and is dirty I don't understand people who go into the pool fully dressed and the lifeguard doesn't say anything anyway, he didn't do anything and didn't supervise either But apart from that the sun was out and the surroundings were beautiful
