This attractive vacation home is located in one of the largest residential complexes on the beautiful 'Costa dei Monaci', together with 50 other charming, quietly situated houses, all built with quality materials such as wood, terracotta and local stone, giving the whole a special atmosphere. The vacation home is in the immediate vicinity of the sandy beach, making it ideal for beach vacations. A private vacation complex with entertainment is just 250 m away. Arrival after 8 p.m. is only possible on request and against payment (payable on site). Just 8 km away, it's well worth visiting the charming village of Tropea, set on a rock some 40 m high above the Tyrrhenian Sea and one of Calabria's most beautiful coastal towns, with its well-preserved old town, inviting you to stroll around with its many cafés, stores and typically Italian alleys. At certain times of the year, depending on the tides, the local sandy beaches may no longer be available.
