Dives sur mer / port guillaume. in a luxury residence, with swimming pool, 4-room duplex apartment, with a capacity of 6 people, with a surface area of 78m² approximately, with a small private garden facing north with a view over the dives estuary. the apartment includes : a living room (tv and internet access) opening onto a terrace and a private garden, a semi-open kitchen (with a dishwasher, 4 hotplates, a traditional oven, a microwave oven and a fridge with freezer), a bedroom (bed 160x200) opening onto the garden, a bathroom (shower), separate toilets; upstairs : a landing room, a second bedroom (2 twin beds 80x200), a bathroom (shower) with toilets and a third bedroom on the mezzanine (bed 160x200 and tv). A parking space in the basement. Pets are accepted in this rental.
