Welcome to Cala Tuent and to this wonderful house with swimming pool in the middle of the Tramuntana mountain range.
The accommodation, with 110 m2, is placed in a plot of 420 m2. It has 3 double bedrooms and a total capacity of 6 guests; perfect for families or groups of friends. All bedrooms count with a double bed, fan and wardrobe (except the third bedroom, which does not have a wardrobe). The bathroom is fully equipped and has a bath.
The kitchen shares space with the living room and dining room. It is well equipped so that you can cook and prepare your meals with no trouble. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Outside it is superb due to the location of the house. There is a big furnished porch with 40 m2. You will also get a barbecue, the swimming pool and some sunbeds for you to relax and get tanned.
Pets are allowed if they are less than 8kg. Please take into account that the path that goes around the pool is communal with one of the neighbours, what means that the privacy outside is limited. In total there are two neighbours, but the house and its facilities are completely private.
The areas of Sa Calobra and Cala Tuent have a great environmental and patrimonial value since they are part of the Tramuntana Mountain Range (Serra de Tramuntana), which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Cala Tuent is one of the most unspoilt beaches on the island and does not use to be overcrowded. Sa Calobra and “Torrent de Pareis” are visited daily by groups of tourists (they are two of the hot spots on the island). From Sa Calobra one can take a touristic boat that will bring him to Port de Sóller and then continue with the excursion by train from Sóller to Palma. The area is renowned by its fresh and tasty prawns and its orange trees; also the main church of Sóller and its modernistic façade are a highlight.

NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
