Bright apartment located in a 4-storey building in the coastal area of the village of Cala Millor. It offers views of the village and can comfortably accommodate 2 people plus 3 additional spaces (with extra cost).



It has 1 8m2 furnished terrace where you can enjoy having lunch or dinner outdoors. The privacy of the property is partial and has access to 1 garage parking space.



The living room and the furnished dining room are in the same area. In the living room you can relax watching TV or reading a good book, and in the furnished dining room you can enjoy unforgettable after-eating talks with family and friends. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your best dishes, including gas stove. The laundry room is independent and there you will find 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. The property has 2 bedrooms, 1 with 1 double bed and the other with 1 bunk-trundle bed (this room can accommodate 3 people). The 3 extra spaces in the apartment ( with an additional cost) are located in the second room with bunk-trundle bed. Both rooms have a fan and a closet. As a whole, this property has access to 3 fans, 1 crib and 2 radiators. There is 1 bathroom with bathtub.



The area of Cala Millor is a beautiful residential area in the east side of Mallorca, where there are a variety of sandy beaches and coves very close. In fact, Sa Caleta, is located just 50 meters away from this property. From the promenade which is right next to the property, you can go across the beach all the way to Cala Bona and see the fishing port. After about 3 km you will find the village of Son Servera, where you can visit the old town and where you will find traditional Mallorcan restaurants. A few kilometers away there are the towns of Arta, Capdepera and Porto Cristo. In this village you can visit the caves of Drach and Hams. In the area of Cala Millor there is a safari and playgrounds for children. If you are looking for night entertainment and drinks, there are a variety of pubs-bars. In the Cala Ratjada, only 15 minutes away by car, you will find nightclubs and nightlife. If you're into sports such as golf, tennis or paddle, the area is ideal. And if what you like is walking or biking, there are many interesting and quiet routes, such as the visit to Arta’s shrine, the Cala Ratjada lighthouse, etc.



NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
