2-room house 50 m2, south-east facing position. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV and international TV channels. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 small pet/ dog allowed. If the dog is over 10 kg, please report it at the time of booking and an extra (15? and 25?) will be required on site the day of arrival. Double glazing and mosquito nets on all windows. Bed linen, towels and pool optional 20? per person to be paid to the owner. Extra 15? for additional people to spend the day. However it isn`t allowed to stay over the night.

Private: well-kept garden 500 m2 with lawn and flowers, swimming pool kidney shaped (8 x 4 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, 01.01.-31.12.). Outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, sandy beach 25 km. Hiking paths: Massifs Sainte Baume, Sainte Victore, Parcs naturels des Calanques, Port Cros, Iles de Bendor, Embiez, Porquerolles. Please note: car recommended. Not suitable for small children. The owner lives in the same residence.
