Welcome to this wonderful apartment fitted with two balconies and located only 50 metres far away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Port d’Alcúdia, Mallorca. It has 90 m2 and capacity for 4 people plus 2 extras.
This wonderful apartment counts with two double bedrooms, which is ideal for families. Both bedrooms are furnished with twin beds, have air conditioning and wardrobe. One of them has direct access to one of the balconies. There is a bathroom with bath tub.
One can feel the Mediterranean flair in every room. Relax in the light-filled living room, which has access to both balconies and where you can find a comfortable sofa-bed, for the two extra guests. The dining room area, in the same space, is fitted with a table and seats for you to get together and enjoy meals. There is also air conditioning in this room. The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you may need during your stay: blender, microwave, toaster, fruit squeezer, kettle, vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, cutlery, kitchen utensils, fridge with freezer, etc. Obviously you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
One of the balconies is furnished and has views to the fenced communal garden, which has 500 m2. The apartment is located on a 1st floor of a building that does not have a lift. Cars can be parked on the street.
The location of the apartment is perfect because everything you might need is very close: pharmacy, shops, supermarket, surgery or bus stop. The bus stop is 350 metres far away. The frequency of the bus is every 15 minutes towards Puerto de Alcúdia (centre), Can Picafort, Puerto de Pollença and other directions as Palma. The beach is less than 50 metres far away.
In Puerto de Alcudia you will find lots of restaurants with any kind of food: fresh fish, good meat, Italian food, tapas or traditional Majorcan food. It’s full of bars as well, where you can have snacks as sandwiches, burgers or salads. For breakfasts you can visit one of the coffee shops on the seafront promenade. In this area, it’s full of clothes shops, souvenirs shops and supermarkets. The biggest one is located on the road towards Alcúdia, near a patrol station.
From Puerto de Alcúdia it’s very easy to drive to other beaches that are worth to discover as Playas de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença. You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church and the old wall. In Alcudia you will find lovely bars to stop for a drink. There is a local market in Alcudia on Thursdays and Sundays and the centre of town becomes crowded and lively. Don’t forget to visit the Roman ruins where you will be able to see a beautiful amphitheatre.
This apartment is ideal if you are looking for a holiday near the beach in one of the most visited areas of Mallorca!

NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
