Holiday apartment for 2+2 persons with fantastic sea view.
Beautiful apartment located in Brela with only 200 meters to the beach. The apartment has Sat TV, Aircondition and WiFi.
Location:
The apartment is located just 200 m from the beach, the nearest grocery is 500 m away and there is 200 m to the nearest restaurant. There is approximately 2 km to the city centre.The apartment's location is also a good starting point if you want to explore the area. There is only a 15 min drive to the historical city Makarska. The nature around Brela is unique and you can visit Krka nature reserve, take a trip to Split and explore the city or run a trip to Dobrovnik, which is on UNESCO World Heritage List. There is also the opportunity to visit the islands (Hvar, Brac, etc.), located next to Brela's coast by boat.
Inside:
The apartment is 35 m2 and is located on the first floor. It consists of one bedroom with double bed, and a room with a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and sofa and a bathroom with shower. It is possible to add two extra beds in the apartment.
Outdoor:
The apartment has two balconies on 3 m2 and 5 m2 with furniture. Here you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea.
There is also a big shared terrace of 40 m2 with a barbecue. Furthermore there is a parking place to the building.
In 2018 a new built common swimming pool will be available.
