Welcome to this lovely apartment for 5 guests in Puerto de Alcúdia, close to the beach!
This 100 m2 apartment is situated on the second floor without elevator. It has 2 bedrooms with A/C, closets and windows and 2 bathrooms. There is one double bed and 2 twin beds.
The comfy sitting-dining room is a nice place to watch TV (SAT-TV) or to have dinner together. The kitchen is well-equipped. Obviously, there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The balcony is about 6 m2. Please keep in mind that pets are not welcome. You can park for free on the street.
The sand beach, supermarkets, restaurants and the bus stop are within walking distance. The beach is perfect for toddlers, because the swell is moderate. A car is not essential, because you can walk or take the bus. During the high season, the bus leaves every 15 minutes for Alcúdia historic town, Puerto de Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença or Can Picafort.
Puerto de Alcúdia has a wide range of leisure activities, restaurants and shops. Take a long stroll on the promenade, try homemade ice cream, make a boat trip to Formentor, and visit the market that takes place in the evening.
Furthermore, we recommend you to visit the historic town of Alcúdia with its city wall, the Romanic ruins and the nice amphitheatre. The local market takes place every Tuesday and Sunday.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
