This is a marvellous cottage in Muro, perfect for couples with a child, and a few kilometres from the sand beach. Welcome!
This 2-storey, 65 m2 house has 1 bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. We can prepare an extra bed in the living room for 1 extra person.
The bright sitting-dining room is a nice place to relax, watch TV (SAT-TV) or eat together. The open plan kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you might need during your stay. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The 160 m2 terrace with sunshade and nice views to the countryside is perfect for a romantic dinner or a BBQ. The private, 6.60 x 3.30 m pool (chlorine) is situated at the back of the house and its depth is 1.50 m. Furthermore, there are 2 sun loungers.
Pets until 8 kg are welcome. You can park your car at the patio of the house.
Muro is a good starting point for lots of trips to the beach or the mountains. Especially during spring and autumn, the weather is good for cycling and hiking. In the town centre there is a gas station, a supermarket, bars and restaurants. On Sundays takes place the local market. Don’t miss the historic old town of Alcúdia, the Calvary of Pollença, the caves of Campanet and the natural park S’Albufera.
If you love the beach, you should go to Ses Casetes des Capellans in Can Picafort. This fine grained sand beach with crystal clear waters is only a 20 minutes ‘drive away. Furthermore, there is a nice Paella restaurant and a beach bar, where they sometimes celebrate summer parties during the evening. If relax is what you are searching for, go to Playa de Muro, a quiet and undeveloped beach.
We cannot accept guests under 20 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
