This is a lovely apartment for 4 guests in Pureto de Alcúdia, close to the sand beach. Welcome!
The 65 m2 apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds and closets and a bathroom with shower. The flat is situated on the first floor without elevator.
The sitting-dining room is a nice place to read a book or watch TV (SAT-TV). The kitchen is well-equipped and has all important kitchen appliances. The 10 m2 balcony is perfect for a large breakfast. Please keep in mind that pets are not allowed. You can park for free on the street in front of the building.
The sand beach and the clear waters, supermarkets, restaurants and the bus stop are within walking distance. The beach is perfect for toddlers, because the swell is moderate. A car is not essential, because you can walk or take the bus. During the high season, the bus leaves every 15 minutes for Alcúdia historic town, Puerto de Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença or Can Picafort.
Puerto de Alcúdia has a wide range of leisure activities, restaurants and shops. Take a long stroll on the promenade, try homemade ice cream, make a boat trip to Formentor, and visit the market that takes place in the evening.
Furthermore, we recommend you to visit the historic town of Alcúdia with its city wall, the Romanic ruins and the nice Amphitheatre. The local market takes place every Tuesday and Sunday.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
