Apparently very well located, close to the beach and the center of Port Leucate, so you can do everything on foot. The apartment itself is rather old-fashioned and minimalist, and I think that a bit of freshening up would be welcome (fill in the few age-related cracks with a lick of paint). A small plancha or mini electric barbecue is missing for many a barbecue vacation, and I personally missed it... The big plus point is the view of the Leucate pontoon and the sunrise! If the owner needs more information on the negative points to correct I am available to talk.

I think the woodwork needs to be overhauled because the wind blows over the windows (in the bedroom) and 2 windows in the loggia don't lock. I don't know if the cleaning was done before we arrived, but we found white dog hair all over the apartment.
