This apartment is located in a residence with guards.
The residence includes a swimming pool under surveillance and a children's garden.
The apartment has been completely refurbished; fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with brand new bedding, which can accommodate 5 people, bathroom with shower, living room with TV and two sofas that can be used as beds and finally two balconies, one of which is in a room.
The apartment is located on the first floor and has a lift.
The area has many shops, restaurants and supermarkets and is very lively in the evening (discotheque nearby). This area is also very well served and is located 60 km from Barcelona and 200m from the beach S'Abanell.
Children are welcome (family accommodation). The rental is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
ATTENTION: If the housework is not done at the departure of the tenant, 50 euros will be charged.
-> Following water damage during October 2016, the apartment was refurbished during February 2017 (painting, wall condition, new living room).
