This beautiful holiday home welcomes you in an enchanting setting under the beautiful sunshine of the Riviera. The superb private swimming pool invites you to take a swim in its clear waters and to stay in shape, a gym with sauna awaits you in the basement. Ideal for a large family, everyone will find in the villa a space to relax on one of the terraces and enjoy the calm of the place. Discover the charming village of Mougins where you will enjoy a superb panorama of the sea and mountains, excellent restaurants and art galleries. To enjoy the magnificent beaches of the Mediterranean, direction Cannes and Mandelieu at less than 10km. Experienced or amateur golfers can take care of their swing on one of the superb courses nearby, including the Royal Mougins. Grasse and its unique scents await you, as well as Antibes (17km) and Nice (30km). Access to the basement, some sports facilities and sauna is via a spiral staircase. On the first floor, WC in a recess, but without a door. It is a very beautiful holiday rental for a dream stay in the Maritime Alps.
