Ancient villa dating back to 1700 situated just outside Siena, only 6 km from the city center away. This villa has been recently restored preserving its original architectural features such as the beautiful terracotta-tiled floors and charming beamed ceilings.
This villa is quietly located on the border between the Chianti region and Siena area, in the heart of a large 17-hectare estate producing olive oil.
This house comprises 2 independent units furnished in a rustic style with some ancient pieces. Upon request these 2 units can be connected internally by a beautiful stone staircase and rented as a large accommodation for 10 persons.
The outside areas offer a beautiful shaded garden and a nice swimming-pool set in sunny location among olive trees.

The outside areas including the pool are to be shared with the owners and with an extra apartment on the premises accommodating up to 3 people.
