This house built in 2004 is located in the small village of BROUILLA,15 minutes only from the beaches-Argeles-Saint Cyprien-Canet.
If you want to have a rest at the villa, you will find all the comfort you need for a wonderful family holidays or vacation with friends.
Inside, you can find the ground floor, you have a spacious living room, an equipped kitchen with Provencal look and laundry, a summer living room open on the big terrace, a bedroom with dressing, a shower room, toilets. At the 1st floor: 2 nice bedrooms, a study equipped with bed settee and a shower room + toilets.
Beautifully decorated with the « South of France touch », for this villa very euipped and air-conditionner! In the South, the outsides are very pleasant and without face to face! A beautiful terrace in teck around the swimming pool, the deckchairs, barbecue, mediterranean garden...
In the village you can walk to the grocery and the baker’s and at about 5 kms all kinds of business and shopkeepers are available.
This area enjoys a full range of activities: the sea with its beaches and rocky coast, walks or rides, sightseeing of the old villages Laroque des Albères-Montesquieu, the lake of Villeneuve de la Raho(drive 15 min), the valley of Turttles in Soréde(drive 15 min) and of course Spain at 20 minutes with The PERTHUS.
