Situated in the area of Les Grange in Morzine this chalet benefits views and sunshine throughout the day. This area is one of the most sunniest in Morzine.
It is about a 25 minutes walk into the centre of Morzine but is only 100m from a bus stop on the free bus route giving direct access to the mountain lifts and town centre.
The detached chalet is on a great plot with driveway, double garage and garden surrounding the property.
There is a large entry hallway which leads into the open plan sitting room and dining room with triple aspect. There are large French doors which lead onto the garden. The fitted kitchen is off the dining area and is a good size, again with access onto the garden.
There is a separate toilet located off the hallway and also an entrance into the huge double garage with utility room to the rear.
On the first floor are a bathroom with bath/shower, and separate toilet, and 4 bedrooms. 3 with double beds and the 4th one has 2 single beds. Two of the double bedrooms have access onto a balcony.
