This lovely apartment is on the lower floor of a south-facing 2-storey chalet and has magnificent views through wide picture windows across Morzine. Straight in front is the Pleney, over to the left is Nyon and Chamossiere. You can see the river down below and the tennis club. It takes 6 min (450m) to walk to the SuperMorzine telecabine across the footbridge, and another 5 min to walk across town to the Pleney slopes (or you can jump on the free little train service instead). It's 5 min walk down to the Carrefour supermarket and also the Dixie and Rhodos Bars as well as many other lovely restaurants.     Very well located : in the heart of the resort and close to the slopes. The view on the mountain is very appreciable, bright apartment. The interior of the apartment is a bit old-fashioned and not very well maintained: cast iron cooking plate, shower support bar that remains between the hands, old generation light bulb where you have to wait 1 minute before getting a drinkable light. The cleaning is done a little quickly: socks of the former tenants found under the bed, dust on the sideboard of the living room and under the bed (at the place of the trundle bed). I think that for the price we can expect a little better quality on the equipment and the maintenance of the accommodation.

    Beautiful spacious and bright apartment, the bedding is comfortable, the furniture solid but the equipment aging (especially the dish service and dishes). Good location at the foot of the slopes (accessible by ski when there is enough snow), very practical garage. The cleanliness of the toilets mainly appeared insufficient to us (bad smells). Quiet enough away from the main road, we had a very good stay.
