With the doors of the Country of Iroise, halfway from Brest and Conquet Loc Maria profits from an exceptional geographical situation in the heart of the imposing payages with more than 7 kilometers of coasts and beaches. Positive points: magnificent views, peaceful, rejuvenating location. Sufficient accommodation for 4 (2 adults/2 children), pleasant walks in the surrounding area, close to major shops (15, 20 min). Negative points: accommodation not clean on arrival and very poorly soundproofed (internally) but we made do, an oven would not be a luxury (2 fridges useless) especially for a 2 week vacation with children, a pizza, crumble or French fries in the oven makes life easier but we adapt, a minimum cleaning kit would be appreciated (sponge, small dishwashing detergent, hand soap time to go to the store the next day because arrival Sunday at 17h). Big negatives: Sauna not specified and not deducted from the rate (a commercial gesture would have been appreciated as it's an included service). Some of the sports machines need repair and maintenance + a disinfectant spray with disposable paper would be useful for a minimum of hygiene. The indoor pool is a very decent size, but unfortunately it's too cold (all bathers agree). The reception desk certifies that it's at 27°C, but everyone complains that it's too cold, not to mention the Friday when it wasn't heated at all, without any indication that it had been undergoing maintenance (a sign would have been the bare minimum). The TV, internet and wifi options are overpriced. A standard package for a household costs around €20/month, depending on the operator. Here it's around 16€ for a single connection! And there's no TV yet (see their site!) For those who have a pet, whether it weighs 1kg or 80kg, it's 50€ a stay (why? Don't you take care of them? It doesn't need a bed, so it's really too expensive). Conclusion: We're not fussy and we had a good stay, but we won't be coming back if they don't review their service. We feel like cash cows.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Gemeinschaftsfacilitäten, wie Pool, Gym und Tischtennisplatte sind sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist für den Preis zu klein und mangelhaft ausgestattet. Viel zu wenig Gläser, Teller, keine ausreichenden Küchenutensilien. W-LAN muss hinzugekauft werden und hat bis zum Ende nicht funktioniert.

When we arrived, the rental was dirty (hair in the bathtub, dried peas in the microwave, etc.). The shower was leaking into the living room below when we called, we were told that they knew about it and that we had to be careful when showering so as not to splash... We spent the week with a bucket in the middle of the living room, but this is apparently normal and hardly our fault... In the end, the indoor and outdoor pools were not heated because they were waiting for a part to be repaired... We were therefore unable to enjoy them... Despite this, no commercial gesture was offered to us. Clearly disappointing... Fortunately, the region is sublime, otherwise we wouldn't have had a good vacation...

We had a very pleasant stay with our family. The accommodation is comfortable and lacks more cutlery and crockery to avoid doing the dishes at each meal. Environment magnificent cleanliness equipment at the top. The reception is really very pleasant the staff is smiling and kind thank you to you all!

It's a pity that the apartments are so poorly insulated inside and that the apartments are not free of stains and woodlice before the tenants arrive. Otherwise there is too little equipment in crockery (at least 8 units per reference for the lodgings of 6) and that a pastille offered for the dishwasher, 1€ the following ones that is expensive (to propose a batch of 5 of 2€ would be more correct or then to integrate in the proposed cleaning kit). Nevertheless, great location and very pleasant and welcoming staff.

A magnificent view on the sea. Very warm welcome. We had a lodging for six people while being four, optimal. It's a pity that the weather was too unstable (rain - wind) but despite everything, we were able to enjoy the scenery, the good restaurants in the vicinity and the sights such as the museum of memories (moving), the OCEANOPOLIS, the ST MALO street in BREST with its cat bar.
