Delightful small holiday house in the Lucca hillside (60 m. above sea level) in a quiet position. External lawn area with trees and furnished with bower, table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue. Ideal spot for sightseeing tours in the nearby Tuscany art cities, or for to taste the typical dishes in one of the numerous restaurants of the area.
Ground floor: entrance/living room with double bed with TV, kitchen corner with small electric oven, bathroom with shower. Good furnishings.
