Large 2 rooms apartment giving on the gardens of the residence (Southern Exposition). Near to the shops, of the harbour and the beach. We will ask you to pay 20€ at your arrival, if you do not have the certificate of your holiday-rental insurance. This certificate can be asked at your insurance company.

To flee !!!!! 'we stayed just one day and left the next day so sad, ugly, it seems that time has stopped in the 70s..even.no microwave, 2 Ghaz plates, a shower without door or curtain. A small child's bed for one person.and an old clic clac which must be more than 20,/25 years old. It is very difficult to open the shutters, a chair is broken and left as is. Nothing is done to feel good. A mini TV. Under the furniture full of dust that has not been cleaned.

This accommodation is located near the beach and entertainment but would deserve a rejuvenation (tapestries really "outdated"). A good coat of paint for the living room and more modern bathroom would be necessary. A very small bathtub while a shower would certainly be more suitable. The roller shutters on the balcony should be checked because they make noise when opening and closing (thanks for the neighbours!!!!)
