Accommodation: photos are "misleading" to say the least; no real room and photos taken from the front door. Overall, the apartment is old and cruelly lacks cleanliness, maintenance (the cover of the sofa bed has not been cleaned for who knows how many years, the paint needs to be redone, 2 out of 4 bed bases are broken) and storage space (there were 5 of us and there was almost nowhere to empty our suitcases, fortunately we rented a ski locker at the Pleney gondola). The owners are certainly investors but this position does not exempt them from maintaining their property!

The welcome by the agency Baud pleasant. Good distribution of the accommodation for 2 people impeccable. Clean, correct. Please remember to change the batteries in the TV remote control. We didn't find the terrace table (maybe it's the one next to the sofa???? in this case a little cumbersome for a terrace, so not used). Confirmation, the dishwasher is to be reviewed, not top to operate (grrr-grrr!!!!!). A pleasant stay in Morzine and shops are really close by.
