Holiday house with panoramic view of Romena Castle, 5 km above Pratovecchio, in a property consisting of 4 buildings. In the main house you will find two apartments and three separate bedrooms with bathrooms that can be rented together. There is another bedroom in the outbuilding with a bathroom and access to a large terrace. Underneath and very close to the pool is a large and bright dining room, equipped with a professional kitchen and a toilet, ideal for eating or doing activities. The garden has many seats outside and under the terrace, a barbecue, a swimming pool with a sunny terrace and a playground. Also enjoy the view of Romena Castle and the Casentino Valley. Trekking and mountain biking enthusiasts will find many trails through the Casentino Natural Park with its castles and monasteries in the high woods and medieval cities such as Poppi and Bibbiena; Florence and Arezzo are 1 hour away (each about 50 km away). Pratovecchio and Stia with their shops and restaurants are 5 km away. Access to the house is by a short dirt road.
