This large holiday house has 4 bedrooms, a lounge / dining room separated from the kitchen equipped with an arch with a fireplace and an insert. Outside, a terrace overlooking the pretty enclosed garden at the back is equipped with a well-equipped summer kitchen (double sink, gas stove with 4 burners and barbecue). The holiday home is located in the centre of the small village of St Avaugourd and you will find all the main services in Moutiers les Mauxfaits (5km). You will enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches (16km) and the famous seaside resort of Les Sables d'Olonne is only 27km away. As for activities, in addition to all water sports, you will enjoy a tennis court less than 100m away and 3 18-hole golf courses within a 20km radius, as well as a large network of bicycle paths. Many visits are to be made (aquariums and museums). It is an ideal holiday rental for a family stay under the sun of the Vendée.
